When I conceived the idea of pursuing my dream and transforming my vision into a successful reality, K.K. Emulsions was born. I entered this industry when it was still fresh and evolving, and I eventually grew alongside it.
This journey taught me a few valuable lessons that I would like to share.
If your employees are happy with the management, they will leave no stone unturned to satisfy your customers. Hence, human resources are the key gamechanger that can take any organization to the highest level of success.
Secondly, while progressing, always remember to treat everyone with respect, as you may cross paths with the same people again when circumstances change.
Customers are not called Kings without reason. Only when they are happy and satisfied a business truly flourish.
